Recall:
1. It's more for relaxing and relieving short-term on / off pressure, not for a long night's sleep.
2. If you feel uncomfortable on the bare skin, please try putting a cloth or towel on it until you get used to it.
3. Due to the difference between different monitors, the picture may not reflect the actual color of the item. We guarantee the style is the same as the pictures.
4. Please allow slight dimension difference due to different manual measurement.

Q: How long should I use the mat each day?
A: We recommend starting with 10–15 minutes per session. As your body adapts to the acupressure points, you can extend your sessions to 20–30 minutes daily.

Q: Will the lotus spikes hurt my skin?
A: You will feel a strong tingling sensation for the first 1–2 minutes, followed by deep warmth and muscle relaxation. If you have sensitive skin, start by wearing a light t-shirt or placing a thin towel over the mat.

Q: What makes the buckwheat cushion special?
A: Unlike foam, natural organic buckwheat hulls conform perfectly to the natural curve of your neck and lower back, offering firm, breathable support that won't flatten over time.

Q: How do I clean and care for my set?
A: Gently hand wash the removable linen cover in lukewarm water with mild detergent and air dry. Do not machine wash or dry the inner filler inserts.

Q: Can I use this on a couch or bed instead of the floor?
A: Absolutely! Using the mat on a bed or sofa provides a softer experience, making it great for beginners. For a deeper, more intense acupressure session, use it flat on the floor.
